On July 23, 2007, Charles Pastrana and Sons Concrete company removed/replaced problem concrete areas around our community. Pastrana was selected by the Board of Directors for their reputation, price and creative solutions to save us money. The pads replaced were selected by a committee with safety issues being the primary criterion. The cost of this project was $15,796, which was spent from the community’s reserve funds.
