As part of
our effort to maintain community property values, the Board of Directors, with
COMANCO, inspects each townhome to ensure that:
1. the community architectural rules are
being followed
2. townhome condition is not creating an
insurance risk
3. the condition and appearance of all
units contribute to the attractiveness of our community
Our usual
practice is to allow homeowners 60 days to remedy problems. Homeowners have the right to schedule a
hearing with the Board of Directors to appeal any violation.
