Different condomimium associations have very different responsibilities when it comes to home repairs. Oakmont Regime was established with all home repair responsibilities resting with the homeowner. This includes all roofing, outside trim, cleaning of siding/brick, porches/patios/sidewalks, fences and utilities leading into the homes from a main service.
The Homeowner Association is responsible for ensuring that all of the homes in Oakmont Regime meet the standards for maintenance and repair, to keep our community attractive and maintain the value of our home investments.
Our Property Manager and the Board of Directors perform a yearly inspection of all the home exteriors for this purpose.
