COMMUNITY SPRING CLEAN-UP

The Board will be having their Spring Clean-up Day on Saturday May 17th, 2008 at 9:30 am. We will meet at the cul-de-sac at the light pole in front of 530 Bay Dale Court. Should it rain it will postponed until the next day Sunday May 18th, 2008.

The primary purpose is to spruce up the common area, particularly in the front common areas.

Additionally, we traditionally plant flowers and collectively get our community in top shape for the summer months.

FOLLOW-UP WALK THROUGHS

The follow-up walk through is scheduled for the week of May 18th, 2008. It is expected that everyone will have completed their tasks prior to that week. Those that were not cited congratulations on a job well done!

If anyone needs an extension, please submit in writing, prior to the May meeting, their reason for the extension and the expected date for completion and the Board will review it, and grant extensions as appropriate.

SOUTH PARKING LOT REPAIR AND SEALING

The paving company is expected to complete the repairs to the south parking lot and seal it sometime in May. Joanne, of COMANCO is working with the company to schedule a date and will than notify the homeowners and renters that use that lot for instructions on parking during this endeavor.

OAKMONT REGIME WEBSITE

In an effort to better communicate with the homeowners and renters of Oakmont Regine, the Board currently hosts a website. If you have important news that should be spread through out the community, please advise Joanne at COMANCO and she will notify the website director to put it on the webpage (after the Board reviews the information and deems it suitable). The website is: www.oakmontregime.org

ELECTIONS

Elections are coming up in June. If you are interested or would like to nominate a homeowner, please in writing indicate that you are interested. All nominations require that the individual nominated affirm in writing that he or she accepts the nomination.

BILL WHITE

It is with sorrow that the Board for Oakmont Regime informs everyone that long time resident, Homeowner, Board member and Board Officer recently passed away. Bill cared deeply and loved this community. He will be missed!

Thank you everyone for caring about our community and helping keep it a great friendly place to live! Let us all have a great summer!
